The process is simple and secure. This is how it works:

Create a private login

Create your unique a user name and password so that we can protect your identity and sort out money.

Tell us a bit about you

To get us underway we have a simple online questionnaire and free text for you to complete that enables us to gather the necessary details to pass to your appointed counsellor.

Agree an initial appointment

We work out a mutually agreeable time for the initial appointment (known as an assessment session) and billing takes place.

Dial-in for your session

Using your private login, we send you a telephone number and dial-in code where you and your counsellor will 'meet'.

Make future appointments

Your private login remains active so that you can book future appointments with your counsellor for as many sessions as you need.
